The portions are MASSIVE! I wound up ordering the Let's Hummus plate, and it's enough to feed myself as well as my boyfriend, who initially wanted nothing - the hummus is fantastic and the falafels are the perfect consistency; soft with a bit of crunch! the chicken was a little under seasoned but the chunks were massive so it really doesn't matter too much, especially when mixed with the rice and sauces. first time ordering, will definitely return!

I've eaten at a lot of falafel joints over the years. Yes it's tasty, however, this place has a balance to the flavours that elevates them beyond any other shawarma hut I've eaten at in Canada. That includes everywhere between Halifax and Victoria.
You can tell they care, friendly folk too.

The potatoes were old and soggy and the chicken shawarma was pure fat. Save yourself the disappointment and get Taste of Egypt instead.
