They didn't cook the pizza all the way through. The crust was soft and doughy and the cheese wasn't fully melted

I don't know who's running the place, but twice I have ordered sodas and dips I didn't receive and the pizza I ordered on Saturday was bathed in grease to the point where the box was saturated. Quality has SERIOUSLY gone downhill. I'm sorry I even have to make this post but y'all should know before you waste $30 like I did. TWICE!!!!!
