We usually love their pizza but this time all of our pizzas - despite ordering them "well done" were not cooked at all. The cheese was barely melted and the dough - even on the thin crust - was soft and floppy. We were also missing the crazy sauce we ordered and paid for... AND the entire order took an hour.

1st) payment processed at 6:35pm, LC did not confirm until 7:25pm, and at the time of ordering was already going to take about 50 minutes for delivery. 2nd) pizza and bread sticks not even warm, turning cold. 3rd) pepperoni pizza burnt. 4th) pepperoni pizza not even cut.
