Hi, I bought 2 boxes of pizza today, and both were undercooked. The dough in the middle was raw/stretchy and gummy, like it wasn’t fully baked. I’m disappointed because I was hungry and couldn’t really eat them. Can you help with a replacement or refund?

The pizza was so cheesy when I opened it the crust so good and cheesy the pepperoni cooked. Good the brownies delicious and the Crazy Combo® [Crazy Bread® & Crazy Sauce®] so good and soft baked good

Breadsticks hard as a rock and over cooked. Sauce was so old it was gelled over the top.

They almost never get my order right when it comes to pretzel crust. They just give me regular crust with salt on it and they are still missing some cutomization options for the pretzel crust
