they have been giving less boba lately (double boba order looked like a single order). despite that the flavors are great. esp. Strawberry Matcha Slush  and Mango Fruit tea . avocado used to be great but started tasting different recently.

I loved the straw berry lava heart slush but they ended it, so now I get the strawberry cheesecake slush with oreo crumbs and extra honey ccrumbs, I buy a drink almost everyday. I've had a couple bad experiences with the front staff but find Alexa to be such a good worker and gets my drinks right.ome time I ordered my drink and the 2 girls working in the front were laughing at me and talking rudely about me wanting extra honey crumbs and oreo crumbs. The manager delt with it but still finding that those girls are always getting my drink wrong. sometimes I find corn or bubbles in my drink that I didnt ask for or I pay for extra oreo crumbs and honey crumbs and hardly any in it. When Alexa is working my drinks are perfect. other then that I love my drinks and wish they could maybe open a second location as its so crowded in there all the time with hardly anywhere to sit.

The Avocad Pistachio Bruleeo is SO GOOD!! It may sound like an odd combination of ingredients but if you follow the recommended add ons, it's my favourite treat from here. I get it with zero sugar (it's still very sweet), mixed bubbles, the flan crème or whatever it's called, caramel something, and milk cubes or whatever they are (literally just add bubbles and then add the recommendations in the app). Omg. Every time I've ordered food I just HAVE to get this with my meal.... it even has some torched sugar on top (like the top of a crème brûlée) mixed with crushed pistachio... ugh... SO GOOD! I wish they had some food items so I could just order my entire meal from one place but honestly I'm willing to double dash every time or order if it means I can have this!! It's dessert. But I have it with my food and it is definitely one of the finer things in life!!!

Traditional Viet coffee is small but strong and delicious. Wish it came in larger sizes. Staff is fast and friendly.

Some of the more standard items are very good, really like the Sakura milk tea . But the more outlandish items like Pistachio Matcha Latte are really overly sweet even with 25% sugar, and with far far too much cream
