At first I said price for the BREAKFAST HOAGIE is crazy.. lol... welllll until I tasted it;)... it is so huge!;) I was not expecting that... perfect to share.. easily- in regard of quality ingredients-the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in San Diego. I got it made - without sausage and jalapeño aioli. I will be ordering sometime again.

Literally the best CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD WRAP in San Diego. Consistently good everytime, it's literally filled to the brim. My go-to lunch order.

I ordered the kale Caesar salad and added crispy chicken and made it a wrap. It was made and delivered fairly quickly for a Friday afternoon.
The wrap was hefty, and I could definitely only eat half.
It had a nice balance of kale, chicken, parm shavings, and Caesar dressing in a spinach wrap.
They included a cute mini bag of fresh popcorn, which was nice. They should also consider doing a free tiny portion of their homemade chips because I was curious about them.
The only drawback was that the Caesar dressing is legit and SUPER pungent for garlic flavor/taste/smell.
You can smell it through the delivery bag. I'm 50/50 on an overly garlicky situation.
Personally today, it was a bit too much. Not sure how I'll speak with people the rest of the day. LOL.
Overall, I give it a 8/10.

This is the second time I've had Lou's. First tim had the club and it was so mid for the price, thought I'd give them a second chance and get the Caesar wrap that everyone on TikTok raves about. Also extremely mid. Overly salty. I think they just have a cute aesthetic, so people are drawn to them? But there are FAR SUPERIOR delis all over North Park.
