Mâe Asian Eatery is now open! Mâe () is a Thai word that signifies "mother." Chef Yuri has reimagined traditional Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese meals using recipes passed down from her mother.
The shirt is Khao soi was literally out of this world!! The broth/sauce was coconut my curry with depth and complexity. The noodles perfectly soft and so yummy. The meat was good, I wish it had been a little shredded or bigger but balanced well with everything.
And the service!! The chefs husband was so sweet and chatted with me for a few minutes while I waited for the boba (also yummy, a little too sweet) and it just made the experience all the better. Will for sure be going back!

Pad Thai was extremely overpriced given the quality and general price point of the all the quality Pad Thai options available elsewhere. It was limited in ingredients besides nuts and beansprouts

We have eaten in person before and the KahoSoi was amazing. Unfortunately the serving size of the Tofu Khao Soi was way smaller for takeout - so much less broth. The Pad Thai was dry. The Spring Roll and Crab Rangoon were excellet however.

I love Mae! I usually go in person (highly recommend) but wanted to try dinner. The food was delicious. I ordered the pad see ew and it arrived still hot (6miles away). Everything was seasoned perfectly and I can't wait to order dinner again.

Absolutely my favorite noodle place in boston, and I've tried A LOT of noodles. The duck noodle soup is top notch.
