Had the Blackstone Benedict and it was DELICIOUS. The Hollandaise Sauce was rich and tangy with real butter, and eal egg yolk. I'm a hollandaise snob mind you! The grape tomatoes (or cherry not sure) were pleasant, ripe and added a great fresh zing to the dish. The soft brioche bread, bacon, hollandaise and tomato combination was ultra satisfying. I only wish I could substitute tater tots for the regular potatoes the dish came with, although they were good too.
