This used to be my favorite burger to order but the quality of the burger and fries have been less than, I was hoping it would get better but it didn't. I hope one day it will be back to it's former glory but I am not giving up my hopes anymore

So gross! Everything was burned and cold. Tritip sandwich was drowning in bbq sauce. Burgers were super dry

The quality of the cheese burger and fries have dropped, I used to love this so hopefully they bring the quality back up
