The Picadillo with yellow rice and beans is fantastic! The beans and Picadillo were packed separately so that the rice didnt get mushy.

This is the first time Ive ever had mediocre food from Mambos. My husbands Traditional Paella had hardly any meat- 2 mussels, one shrimp and one piece of chicken. My Churrasco a La Parilla was tough,and the Empanadas Basket - Small (4 Pcs) tasted like the recipe changed- the beef wasmuch sweeter, like ketchup this time. For nearly $90 I am disappointed! Ive eaten there several times in person and it's always been amazing. But tonight was not good.

The Empanadas Basket - Large (6 Pcs) was great. I prefer (personally) the beef ones. The chicken ones weren't as juicy and the cheese ones (I think they were yuca and cheese, maybe) were good but on the sweet side. The appetizers. The Yuca cheese bites were very very cheesy and delicious. The Stuffed Potatoes (Papas Rellenas) (8 Pcs) are yummy, hearty fried balls. So good. Portions were good.

The Chuletas Con Cebolla is one of my FAVORITE dishes from here, it's always delicious. I'm sad they took off the Sautéed Mixed Vegetables as a regular side but they are always delicious and fresh, never overcooked or mushy.

No es una paella tiene pollo y jamonada ligado con camarones (solo tenia 2) ademas muy desgranado el arroz, muy lejos de lo que esperaba, tenia buen sabor pero no lo recomiendo como paella sino como arroz salteado u otra cosa. Los tostones nose pueden cerrar en papel aluminio pues pierden lo crispy y se ponen blandos y socatos, los maduros 2 grandes y 2 muy pequeños o ponen 4 grandes o 6 pequeños pues no son tan baratos.
