Tried it for the first time and loved my order. Flavorful, a good amount of food, and packed perfectly.

Only bad thing I can say is that they don't include a breadstick. It desperately needs a breadstick to accompany the delicious sauces. It's like going to a Hispanic restaurant and they don't serve chips and salsa.

The Garlic Steak Pasta was not good. The steak tasted...fake. The pasta barely had any sauce. It's what I looked forward too the most and was the worst dish. Huge thumbs down

So, fun fact - this is a ghost kitchen and the food can ONLY be bad via delivery bc of this. I spoke with management at O'charleys in franklin, TN who confirmed that in fact the food is prepared in their kitchen; however, is in no way (before use of their kitchen) affiliated with them. If you have an issue with your food youll not be able to find a company number ... the chicken parm sandwich was delicious but sadly we will not be able to partake in their food without ordering for delivery!!!
