we actually love marble slab and have ordered from them for years. Just in the past two months or so the orders have suddenly started to be inaccurate, with items missing (frequently the specialty cones), and the portion size is smaller. It's been very disappointing and we have started ordering elsewhere

This was the third time in a row our order was wrong. Wrong flavor, missing toppings, etc. Very frustrating. It's a lot to pay for ice cream when people don't seem to care.
