I am writing a review regarding the quality issue with the cotton candy ice cream I purchased recently. I noticed small, gritty bits of an unidentifiable substance within the ice cream. I have never experienced a problem like this before at your establishments and found it quite unappetizing.

Ice cream was good but instead of sending the ore milkshake I ordered they sent a cup of oreo ice cream.
