Upon opening, the Pizza appeared to have been dropped. To add insult to injury, the pizza was cold.
Our pizza was overcooked to the point of being burned,, way too much sauce, we added ground beef, bell pepper, and onions, if there were two of each on there, I'd be stretching the truth. Very disappointing. 
To be honest, I was really surprised as this is not the quality of food and service we have received from this store since n the past.
I have never had a complaint, until now.

 You could tell the pizza wasn't made with love barely was cheese on the pizza, barely pepperonis more bread than anything barely Parmesan cheese. I'm very disappointed. It wasn't as good as last time.

The first time I had the pleasure trying this pizza & wings in Houston Tx I was hooked! well unfortunately Florida didn't out do TX! Honestly the Pizza was Great but the Plain Wings were horrible and Overcooked and dried out.

I ordered a CheezyBread and a medium pizza. The CheezyBread was only bread, barely had cheese. The pizza had a lot of salsa and almost no cheese, even though I ordered it with extra cheese. Very disappointed.
