Today must've been a challenging Saturday, as I was told by my dasher that Marker 3 had run out of the Biscuits & Gravy...yet, lo and behold it was in the bag; however, that's where it gets a little dicey. The gravy had zero...And I do mean zero, seasoning. No salt, no pepper, not even whiff of seasoning in what was supposed to be sausage in the gravy. Who has zero seasoning in their sausage? Ah well, a few shakes of salt and pepper made it edible. I'm going to chalk it up as probably a super busy Saturday while probably training new cooks for the upcoming season. The Grits also lacked any seasoning, but again a few shakes of salt and they were ok. The I'm Really Hungry breakfast was decent and portions for all the food were decent. I will give Marker 3 another go in the future, on a slow-ish day, I hope.

Food was good, but the chicken and waffles are inexpensive to make, yet they charge more than anyone else, and the portions were very small. Mashed potatoes were delicious as was the crab cake.

The Conch Fritters were good, they lost crispiness during delivery. I really liked the sauce. The Crabby Daddy is sad, I thought the crab cake would be bigger for the money, and they forgot tomato. The home fries have no seasoning. The Southern Smash had just patties on it, no cheese. Overall, won't be ordering again.

The beef was tough as leather. There wasn't much bue cheese so in general the pasta was bland. Not worth what I paid.

No fruit, no sauces for almost a hundred bucks worth of chicken tenders and grouper tenders. Extremely disappointing.
