French Macaroons (Raspberry): The shell was well executed, with a few minor bumps beneath the surface. It did not affect the texture and had what you expect from a proper macaroon—a smooth shell with a slightly crisp exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The raspberry flavor comes through. The filling is the issue. It tastes like raspberry preserves, but it’s a bit too tart and too thin and inconsistently distributed. It should be doubled to balance the cookies. Mini Tarts: The custard is very smooth but completely lacks flavor. The berries were very fresh, but the kiwi was underripe. It had a woody, firm chew that was unpleasant. Carrot Cake: The frosting was dense and solid, not soft, even at room temperature. This suggests too much butter and/or sugar and not enough cream cheese. It was excessively sweet and lacked cream cheese tang. The cake was average, but the frosting threw it off. The tart and cake portions were sizable. I'd order the macaroons again, not the other desserts.

Order a strawberry cheesecake but got a strawberry shortcake. It was good but not what I ordered and no one contacted me to ask for the change. It also cost less then what I ordered and haven't received the difference.

The cupcake was too dense, grainy and heavy to enjoy. The Nutella cheescake was like key lime pie. Citrus and sour. The bananapudding saved our taste buds. 10/10 it was perfect. s

the Peanut Butter Cupcake had a chocolate cake base. i would've preferred a peanut butter flavor cake or even vanilla.. the only peanut butter in the cupcake was the frosting & it was soooo light of a flavor, it didn't feel like a pb cupcake. that being said, everything else like the Stuffed Peanut Butter Chewy Cookie slapped. TONS of peanut butter there & the New York Style Cheesecake had a graham cracker base, which i love!!
