I don't think I got any chicken on my "big" mary it was just bread and no spice to it at all. Pickles were soggy with 0 crunch.

The chicken patty definitely was not as I remember this burger being. Super disappointed with the quality of food coming out. Would not order again.

I showed the cashier my order on my phone and explained that I was here to pick up my order but she refused to give me my food. I explained multiple times that I ordered my food through Door dash and I was picking my order up in-person. She continued to deny giving me my food thinking I was a delivery driver as she kept saying: "we don't give away the food unless you have a thermal bag". I continued repeating myself, and was eventually given my order. I'm not sure what I should have said/done to avoid being denied my ordered.
