The first time I've ordered from this restaurant so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. First of all I ordered salad as a side and receive soup which would not be a terrible thing except we're in the middle of a horrible Heat Wave and soup is not what you want. The scallion pancakes on First Bite taste good but they were supposed to come with a coconut curry sauce which was intriguing for me and what I got was another small container of the same sauce that's a sushi comes with very disappointed. Also the portion of scallion pancakes was really good but they were very dense thick and heavy and when you looked at the cut areas you can see they were not totally cooked which made them gluey. The sushi itself was fine but I did not particularly like the Boston roll but it was my first time and it wasn't bad, just lacking in flavor so we'll order something different next time. So it was right in the middle it wasn't good but it wasn't bad so we'll try one more time.

I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai. Be smarter than me and avoid doing this. It is bland and, seemingly, cooked with Char Siu sauce which is off-putting. There is a good portion of it with plenty of tiny shrimp, which is good (if you do end up getting & enjoying it :/).

The scallion pancakes were very oily and stale. The ribs were dry and seemed like they were not freshly made. My husband says his chicken with garlic sauce was disgusting and he could not get past the first piece. He said it was a tiny piece of chicken in a whole lot of batter that tasted like it was cooked the day before. Its safe to say we will not be ordering from Ma Sake again.

Ok if you want something to eat late. But rolls weren't wrapped correctly with seaweed and the smallest tempura roll i have ever seen. Wont order again
