Food arrived cold. I think one of the staff forgot to click the done button because the meal took over 50min to prepare and a couple of drivers had already cancelled because they were waiting too long.

I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup to be delivered by drone as I live near Eastland. I was very excited to receive via a drone, however no drone arrived. A car delivered my order instead. Furthering my dissappointment, my Spicy Beef Noodle Soup had no beef. Just noodles and some soup. For $25, I would have rather had 2 min noodles.
