• 25-12-23Absolutely outstanding experience at Master Lanzhou Noodle Bar. The hand-pulled noodles are next level — you can literally taste the craftsmanship in every bowl. Fresh, springy noodles paired with a deeply rich, aromatic broth that’s perfectly balanced, not greasy, just pure comfort food done right.
The beef is tender, the chilli oil has real depth (not just heat), and the portions are generous without being over the top. Watching the noodles being made fresh adds to the whole experience and shows how authentic this place is.
Service is quick, efficient, and friendly, even when they’re busy — which they usually are for good reason. Great value for money and consistently excellent quality.
If you’re craving real Lanzhou-style noodles, this place is a must. Easily one of the best noodle spots in Melbourne.

• 22-12-11Special beef noodles was good the buns were cold and tasted super bad. Egg was just a normal hard boil egg. Food wasn't secured properly, when given to me, containers' with food were flipped everywhere ...
