No straws, no Grape Jam . Eggs don't look so great.
It's definitelyly a bigger issue for me than it is for McDonald's.
I was at In-N-Out Burger in Las Vegas last week, and the customer service, as usual, was superb. So I know it's possible. McDonald's as a company simply does have a similar commitment to quality.
Also, we got a sausage biscuit we didn't order.
