The Hash Brown [160.0 Cals]was undercooked. It was very soggy was flopping downwards when held in your hand. It was also very chewy.

My Vanilla Chai Frappé [460.0 Cals] is not full. Looks like someone didn't put enough in, or took a big sip of my drink because it looked tasty.
