Fries were visibly, they were cold and disgusting and the portion was not even worth what I paid for, it's like I got finessed out of large fry and given a medium . The nuggets were the only thing hot.

both my nuggets and fries were received with what seems to be burnt residue from unclean frying oil. I threw them away.

This is the third time, I order cheeseburgers from here through DoorDash . I always put no ketchup, mustard, onions, and iPAY extra for them to add lettuce. I always get my burgers WITH ketchup, and NO lettuce, pickles, or mayo.... the three things i want, dont get put in my burger.

It was supposed to be 60 nuggets, only got 40. Not a single dipping sauce at all. Fries were 3/4 full.
