Mixed experience. BIG ARCH™ burger had good flavor, but my requested customization was ignored. I asked for no pickles and added tomato but neither was done. The Strawberry & Crème Pie was good like always.

the cheese burgers and nuggets were great. the fresh were a little soggy but that's cause they sat for a bit while waiting for it to be picked up.

This is the second time that my order has been incorrect and it was the same problem both times. I order and pay for a Double Filet-O-Fish® and all I got was a single. I have not requested a refund, but my patience is running out.
