Mixed experience. BIG ARCH™ burger had good flavor, but my requested customization was ignored. I asked for no pickles and added tomato but neither was done. The Strawberry & Crème Pie was good like always.

Ordered coffee with extra liquid sugar and Carmel syrup and they always put extra cream instead of Carmel. Basically drinking creamer.

This is the second time that my order has been incorrect and it was the same problem both times. I order and pay for a Double Filet-O-Fish® and all I got was a single. I have not requested a refund, but my patience is running out.
