Large fri was half empty and cold rubbery Ive had good service prior but I'm sure I won't hope forecast refund

Ordered mocha frappes with our meals and never got them. They put a note on the bag saying no frappes. If you don't have an item, remove it from your menu... Also got undercooked fries that were only half full.

Please make sure you pay attention to the order that is placed, I don't like diet drinks which I received and my chocolate chip cookies where placed in the bag with hot food causing the chocolate to melt
