My food quality is great. I was missing fork & knife, extra syrup, no butter, no napkins. This location is always great with bagging my order, getting all the condiments. The weekend is when I have issues. I know it's difficult to hire people that want to do a good job, or maybe they have call ins, I know this location does try to do their best. GM & mangers need to coach and retrain the person that bagged my order today to get it right.

Coffee was out of stock?? What?? So yes they refunded the coffee but that made the service fee show up so I still paid the same amount but without coffee!
