Fries were cold, burger wasn't cooked all the way, no onions, and no Ketchup Packet, the drink was flat, and no straw for my drink, this is the first time I had a bad experience with McDonalds on sunset

To be honest...the chicken nuggets were crispy ,hot and on point. The McDouble®was spectacular. The fries unfortunately were warm and limp.

Some of the coffee machines were broken but the substitute provided was very good. I appreciate being contacted for my input! Always live the crispy chicken and those blueberry muffins are awesome! Thanks!

I have never had BAD experiences with McDonald's but lastnight was not it I ordered a cookie tote an McCafe Cheese Danish It's hard I couldn't even bite into it . To remind you I have had it before an it was soft an fresh . The cookies was hard as well .but the other few things I had ordered with it was on point!
