Fries was cooked in old grease, the sandwiches was all made sloppy, they didn't send any napkins to clean the excessive mayonnaise or ketchup away from your mouth, insult to injury the darn straws wouldn't go into the defective lids. This stuff is not cheap. Due to fact that these folks are getting paid 20 bucks an hour. To send out this type of product is terrible! Poor representation of their company. I've never had a bad experience at the La Canada store they Rock!

McDonald's surprised me this time !
My chicken nuggets,fries and Coke were everything I wanted them to be. Crispy and warm. Shout Out to my Dasher as well.

The 3 hot fudge sundays had NO Ice cream!The 3 were filled with whipped cream The nuggets were room temperature and the cookies were hard and room temperature not hot. Will not order from this place again.

wow. Tasted like burger had been sitting out for a while. meat was dry the outside of the meat was hard. and the fries were sad. Disappointed. Asked for ketchup. didn't get it. Haven't had McDonalds in a while. Might stick to that plan.

They followed directions tonight. We received everything we paid for. Even though I called asking to check our bag for accuracy before sending it out. It was great that everyone received their complete meals.
