This is the 2nd time I have not received utensils. Also this order I asked for extra cream in the Oatmeal but did not get any. The oatmeal was dry and sticky. I also did not get the raisens.

Fries were clearly under a heat lamp for hours. Cold and stale. This McDonald's needs to get it together. Corporate needs to pay attention to the food quality at this location. Too often food is stale

Meat was cold bread was hard and not a typical good Big Mac. Clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp because it was not fresh.
