Their espresso machine keeps breaking so if you order a more expensive espresso drink, you may end up with just coffee. Sometimes they inform the dasher and then the dasher lets you know, sometimes they just replace with coffee and don't tell you at all, but you get charged for the espresso drink. The only reason I typically order McDonald's is because of McCafe espresso drinks being cheaper, but just as good as another national coffee shop, so it kind of stinks that the machine keeps breaking but the drinks are still available to order online .

Ordered just a plain Iced Latte. There was a visible layer of some kind of flavored sugary syrup in the bottom. I do not enjoy tons of sugar in my coffee, if any at all. Not sure why this keeps happening.

my chocolate shake almost tasted like chocolate milk that's how milky it was no ice cream or nothing in it quarter pounder wasn't to my standards specifically because I said no pickles and no onions which were in my quarter pounder and the only thing good was the fries were still kind of warm!!

The fries were cold and soggy. The qp w/cheese were warm and fresh. I guess the moral of the story is don't order fries from McDonald's thru doordash as this wasn't the first time it's happened.
