I don't know what sauce was put on that sandwich, but it was not good. It wasn't mayo and it wasn't Big Mac sauce. It looked like Big Mac sauce but didn't taste the same. It just wasn't good. And it's not a sauce I've ever had on the Deluxe Spicy McCrispy™ Meal any other time I've eaten it.

The fries where soggy and under seasoned, the apple fritter was small and dense, The blueberries inside the blueberry muffins work hard and rubbery

This store consistently messes up orders or forgets items. Last order was breakfast and none of the drinks were placed (2 orange juice, 1 coffee) this time the quarter pounder was squished in the box and the fries were old. They also forgot the ranch and ketchup. And no this isn't the dashers fault because mcdonald's tapes the bags so the dasher can't check. You're better off ordering from the McDonalds on 66.

The cheeseburgers were made just right & had all the condiments in the bag. Just the tea was unsweetened instead of sweet. Happens a lot in the evenings, but all in all, good service :)
