No straw, no napkins, a small iced vanilla coffee.. I ordered a medium.. kind of disappointing. The food tasted good.

Although the Iced French Vanilla Latte is always delicious; I would appreciate it when I order it as Large if it could be delivered as a large! It is always just a medium. It's an annoyance since it is extra for a large and in this time every penny counts. Other than that all was fine.

Basket of Fries were over cooked. The Big Mac buns also were over cooked. The hamburgers were decent. Very poor quality food these days from this location.

I paid for extra cheese and there's less than what I get on a normal 2 Ranch Snack Wrap® Meal. Fries were not fresh either.

Gave me a plain Big Mac when that was not what I ordered. There was no lettuce , cheese or onions. Was just 3 pieces of bread sauce and meat. Very disappointed.
