It appears that this location is pre-making batches of fries and nuggets and then re-heating them as needed. Everything tastes stale and overcooked. Really bad!

something happened at this location - everything used to be good and fresh, and now everything arrives cold, stale tasting, overly salted and gross. Fries are always dark brown, nuggets are deflated and old tasting, and burgers are overcooked. Our last 6 orders have been inedible. Not sure if they're cutting corners or just don't care anymore, but i wish they'd go back to what they were doing two months ago!
