Hash browns and muffin bread were way undercooked. Fortunately I can reheat in toaster oven. Not the end of the world. The sundae and Orange Juice were great!

Usually these Sausage Egg McMuffin sandwiches are great. Today they were both overcooked and the English muffin was like eating cardboard.

4.5 stars. Food arrived hot and fresh. Hash browns were still crispy!
However the devil is in the details. Every other time I've ordered the Hotcakes breakfast, it comes with butter, strawberry preserves, syrup. That was missing. Not good. I also requested utensils and straws. Pancakes and 2 drinks without the tools to enjoy them isn't good!

The bacon egg and cheese biscuit had an over cooked egg and the biscuit was crunchy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
