McDouble® was fresh & hot but the medium French Fries that I spent almost 5$ on was a huge disappointment. Only half of my container was filled with wiggly, floppy fries that had NO crispness to them. AKA undercooked or old fries so I did not eat them & sadly wasted said 5$. Also McDonalds you have to allow customers some sort of customization when ordering such as light mac sauce etc. Its a pain to have to call the store to request this simple thing.

Food arrived so quickly. I appreciate that. The caramel frappe was frozen still upon delivery 5 miles away. I appreciate that even more. The only complaint is id love to be able to tell McDonald's to give me very light big mac sauce versus how they smother it in it. It makes for a sloppy soggy experience.
