Got a couple snack wraps, definitely not as good as they used to be. The chicken looked like a tender that was cut in half, cooked, and then both halves were used for each wrap. Hardly any cheese in both of them too.

Paid to add lettuce to the double quarter pounder, they added literally what looks like a pinch of lettuce. Nowhere near enough to taste or be worth paying extra for. Aside from that, the smoothie I ordered was pure liquid like they made the smoothie long before the food was even done.

Normally don't have a problem, but this time my entire order was freezing cold, stale and old fries, and the large fries I paid almost $5 are less than half full

The single item burger was squished, the deluxe burger and crispy chicken were 99% lettuce, and everything seemed like it was just thrown into the bag to the point that the fries were spilled everywhere inside. Ordered a Dr Pepper, received a diet instead of a regular, and they knew this because the diet bubble was pushed down on the drink lid.
I've gotten used to the quality of McDonald's going down, but this is a new low.
