The Caramel Frappé wasn't blended at all to the point all I can taste is ice and it's big chunks of ice too.

Paid for 4 Hash Browns and only received 2.  There was no salsa included for the Sausage Burrito - tortillas stuck to paper and tore the Sausage Burrito apart.
