The cheese was hard and not melted and the steak was burnt and dry! I said no ice in my sweet tea and it was a full cup of ice!

Was missing one order of French fries from one of the orders, i receive none of the sauces i ordered, and my chicken nuggets were very mushy and kind of slimy. I've had nothing but great food from this McDonalds before so I'm kind of extra disappointed here.

I upgraded for a large and this isn't even half full. My drink wasn't full either. I know it's a busy restaurant, but this isn't okay for people paying extra.
