Fries were half full, cold and soggy. Burger was probably the worst I've ever had from McDonald's, it maybe had a half piece of bacon. The McFlurry was straight up vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of Oreo on top.

I paid for a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal and received a regular quarter pounder. This has happened many times at this point.
