• 26-02-21I asked for extra pickles. I got 1 pickle. I got the Milo milkshake and it had barely any Milo in it it was basically a vanilla milkshake.

• 26-04-30Delivery was received as if someone had rummaged through the bag and partially unwrapped some of the items. Either that o or Maccas were too busy at 10:10 am and took no care in wrapping and packing. A little concerning and disappointing!

• 24-07-21My breakfast muffins were incredibly dry and cold. I've always had bad service at this Mcdonalds on Kororoit Ck Rd since they've opened. Really dissatisfied, they have to pick up their game.

• 25-09-21I received my order, but it was missing items and the balance of the order was incorrect. This is quite disappointing. I strongly encourage you to evaluate your processes, as this has happened before. Given the high cost, customers deserve better quality control and consistency.
