The Big Mac didn't anything on it, just meat and cheese. My smoothie was also super underfilled. Disappointing.

The hotcakes were hard to cut and chew. The Biscuits and Gravy was really good, the biscuits were really soft especially with the gravy on top.

Food is always hot fresh , and drinks are always cold, they always get the order right, No matter where we order from, or how much we order , or how big the order is.

my food was properly prepped and ready, except we were missing 5 fries and a McRib. I called them, and they let me go to voicemail 10 times. then answered and put the phone down. when they hung up on me, a busy tone is what I heard for the next 3 calls. Awful, terrible service from Mount Vernon McDonalds.
