inconsistent freshness. sometimes when i've ordered the forest are good other times cold other time unsalted other times dried out vastly or mix of all the problems. burger typically is fine and drink has had issues with them forgetting ice

All the fries are soaked in grease where none of them are soft and crispy on the inside. It's just wet to the touch and grabbing it feels like cookie dough.

Disappointed in the pies again. Always overdone with a burnt taste.
The McSpicy chicken burgers were not great.
The rest of our order was fine, and enjoyable.
