Each time i order breakfast here they never add a straw for the Mocha Frappé the Saus Biscuit is hard and the apple pies are always out timed , i never recei my Grape Jam i order and my drinks always come not done correctly.

My fries werent even full. And they weren't fresh the cup of sauce was broken and had dried up sauce on them

got the Steak Egg Cheese Bagel because I love it. but lately they don't add the sauce or onions or like today, the bagel was so extremely dry and hard, I couldn't eat it. and I paid for EXTRA sauce and onions. hoping that would remind them to add it......... it had a hint of sauce and like 1 onion. expensive sandwich for them to always be so careless with it.

While I did recieve my Hotcakes I DIDNOT Get anything else with them... no butter, syrup, or even silverware. My Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal & Sausage McMuffin® with Egg was good tho. Coffee tasted a little burnt.
