I ordered Poutine [870.0 Cals] and every time I order it, it's great! Except this time it was like a soup. So much gravy and it was coming out of the box into the bag.

Repeatedly misses items, like gravy, utensils. Puts items like poutine in bag on its side, so the gravy gets onto everything. Orders often missing requests like bacon or cheese. Often a mess.

I didn't get the hash brown nor the milk bottle. Total incompetence today. The workers at this place need to slow down and pay attention to orders better.
