Quarter Pounder® with Cheese was overcooked, I have never had a McD burger before that was crisp around the edges. it just plain didn't taste like every other McD burger I've ever had.
Plain Sundae was very good, was the highlight of the meal.

Sausage & Egg McMuffin® came with the folded egg which is criminal. The muffin was also burnt, equally disappointing. $6 sandwich wasted and Doordash gave me $1.50.
