The Caramel Frappé had chunks of ice in it rather than fully blended. I'm sure just someone taking a shortcut. While that might help them it left me with a high priced glass of Carmel milk. Very dissatisfied!

the bottom bun for the burger was completely burnt and the deluxe chicken was swimming in the spicy mayo which completely saturated the bun .

they need to teach their employees how to read clearly the slip says add cheese but there's no cheese on it
