The Classic Big Mac Pack was disappointing. The big macs themselves were quite good and packaged well. The nuggets on the other hand were dry. Sauces and napkins were in the bag so I appreciate that.
The French fries for both the Big Mac pack and the snack wrap meal were too hard and the fry box was only filled half way for three medium fries. I would order from here again, but steer clear of the bundles. The burger bundles under their "shareable" category have always been lacking.

Tried the Big Arch Burger 🍔
I’d rate it a 7.5/10—pretty solid overall, big portion, fresh patties, good flavor but not anything too crazy. Honestly, it could do without the fried onions, they kinda throw it off a bit.

Coffee is super bitter. No flavor of caramel. Straight up bitter coffee. I can tell this coffee batch is not fresh. Portion is not even filled to the top. Would not order this again.

Another disappointing DoorDash delivery from McDonald’s on Elk Grove Bl. I attached a picture of the burger so you can see what we received. The meat is burnt and they loaded so much salt on the underside It’s un-edible.
I reported this location to DoorDash and McDonald’s corporate so many times I am now not getting refunded for my orders that they screw up. I don’t know how this can be considered customer service. It seems they’re trying to tell me that I complain too much; but, I wouldn’t complain if my orders were correct or edible. We order from numerous places and I have never complained about any of the other restaurants just McDonald’s on Elk Grove Bl.
The price of fast food has been going up exponentially and yet the quality has been going down. What you see in the picture is $10.39 (not including Tax, delivery, and tip).
A very unhappy customer 😡
