My favorite way to have a Sausage McMuffin® with Egg is to add half a hash brown and add salsa and jam to my bun I look forward to it as a treat now n then it's delicious!

Ordered pancakes and bacon provided no butter no syrup no utensils and the two of the tiniest strips of bacon I've ever seen in my life!  ordered it for my mom yeah thanks for sending it with no syrup and no butter perfect!

It would be nice if the bacon was bigger. The two "pieces" I received were barely 1" square each. Together, they would not have made a complete bacon strip. Rather pathetic honestly.
