Everything is so hot and fresh EVERY time! The McNuggets and Fries are always hot and yummy! They always pay attn to the "alterations"/notes. And don't get me started on the Mocha Frappe, MY GOSH, SOOOOO GOOD!!!!

The STEAK was anything but steak! The coffee was weaker than any coffee I've ever ordered from McDonald's! Never again. I'll spend my $$ on good coffee even if it costs more. Their coffee has sure changed.Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes .

The worst McDonald's in Lubbock by far.... every time I order from here, whoever makes or prepares your food always adds wayyy too much salt or makes a mess of your food like this. I asked for extra sauce and the whole sandwich had sauce all over the place i could barely touch it without getting sauce all over me... they need to do better
