Some if the worst McDonald's we've ever had. The nuggets were so overcooked & crispy they were inedible. They were super hard & dry. The rolls on the big macs were stale & chewy. The fries were rock hard. It was as if everything had been sitting there since lunch & we ordered after 9 pm. We were very disappointed.

We didn't get half the food we ordered & what we did get wasn't very good. We didn't get the Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese, the 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® or the French Fries. The 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® were overcooked & lukewarm. The Coke® was watery & flat. The Hamburgers were ok. The 3 Pack Of Cookies were good.

The food was great & we got everything we ordered. We will now only order after 8 pm. When we order before 8 or 9 pm, there is usually something missing from the order & the food is often old & barely warm. The night staff is far superior.

What do I need to do to get a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese without ketchup & mustard & have bacon on it? It either comes with no bacon or it comes slathered in ketchup & mustard. It also often has no onions. I've had several instances where I got a single quarter pounder, not the double I ordered. It comes with the sticker attached showing the special instructions, but it's only correct about half the time. For something that costs over $13, you'd think you would do better. Do you not have quality control?
